How to Troubleshoot LeadsBridge

I can't receive leads through LeadsBridge

If you completed the integration with LeadsBridge, but are not receiving the leads, consider the following solutions:

  1. Make sure your Bridge is Active: https://leadsbridge.com/app/tiktokAdsBridge

  2. If you have collected leads after the form integrated with LeadsBridge, the leads before the integration was complete will not be synchronized to LeadsBridge. We will only send the lead data collected after the integration.

    • Find the subscription time of the form.

    • Get the leads collected by this form through Download Leads or Leads Center.

    • Compare the time of leads collection with the time of form subscription.
