LeadsBridgeからリードを取得できません。

LeadsBridgeでの統合を完了したのにリードを取得できない場合は、以下の点を確認してください：

  1. Bridgeがアクティブになっていることを確認してください（https://leadsbridge.com/app/tiktokAdsBridge）。

  2. フォームをLeadsBridgeと統合した後にリードを収集した場合、統合完了前のリードはLeadsBridgeに同期されません。当社は統合後に収集されたリードデータのみを送信しています。

    • フォームのサブスクリプション時間を特定します。

    • このフォームで収集したリードを、「リードをダウンロード」またはリードセンターから取得します。

    • リード収集の時間とフォームのサブスクリプション時間を比較します。
