How to Troubleshoot Product Upload Errors
Before getting started: Re-save refers to the data capture and verification work of the catalog before the product review. The catalog platform will download and store data through the file you uploaded or the image link provided in the data source, and use it for subsequent creative generation and advertising.
If an error message appears in the product review status, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
The image link does not conform to the specification or the format is not supported: Please check the accuracy of the image link in the image_link, addition_image link and description fields in the product information. If you find that the link is incorrect, you can directly modify or replace the product link. The catalog platform will try to re-save after the link is updated. If you need to replace the picture, please modify it directly or replace the image link. Using the original link may still cause the re-save to fail.
Platform server restriction: Due to the data transfer process, the catalog platform will use a fixed IP address to access data on your platform. If your platform server restricts our access, the catalog platform will not be able to transfer product data normally. Please add the following IP addresses to the whitelist:
