How to Use TikTok Store Manager for Ecwid Merchants

TikTok on Ecwid is an integration that allows Ecwid merchants to set up TikTok For Business, manage TikTok ad campaigns, measure campaign performance, and drive more potential customers to merchants' stores.


With TikTok Store Manager, you'll be able to easily add products, remove products, and view performance insights.

Before you begin

You'll need to set up TikTok Shopping in your Ecwid store. You can navigate there by:

  • Selecting your store name from the list of stores associated with the TikTok for Business account main page.

  • Selecting your store name after logging into your TikTok Business Center account. Click on the icon in the upper right corner to open the Store Manager.


How to use TikTok Store Manager for Ecwid merchants

To use TIkTok Store Manager:

  1. Navigate to your Store Manager.

  2. Click on Products.

  3. Select your product. You can use the filter options or search function to find specific products.

  4. Choose your Storefront Status. You can choose from the following:

    1. Storefront on: Your item will now appear at the top of your store. Note: Items that you want to appear at the top of your store should be added last, as the most recently added item will appear at the top of your store.

    2. Storefront off: Your item will no longer appear in your store.

  • Note: You can add or remove items in bulk by selecting the check box for multiple items.

  1. Click on Insights. You'll be able to view the following performance metrics:

    1. Summary Metrics: View detailed information including Show window views, Onsite PDP views, Onsite PDP Checkout Clicks, Anchor Link Views, and Anchor Link Clicks for both paid and organic traffic.

    2. Product Metrics: View the top 100 items based on your filters. You can sort by You can sort by your PDP Views, PDP Checkout Clicks, Anchor Link Views, or Anchor Link Clicks.

  2. Click on Ads. You'll be able to create an ad campaign or add an ad account to your Store Manager.
