With the TikTok integration setup, you will have the following:

You'll need a TikTok account to connect to the integration, which can be created while setting up the plug-in. You don't need an organic TikTok account to run ads like Collection Ads. However, to boost posts through Promote and access upcoming features, you will need a Business Account that gives an organic presence to your brand.
Yes, you can set up and manage conversion campaigns directly from TikTok x WooCommerce.
To get started, refer to How to Publish Ads from a TikTok E-Commerce Partner Platform.
Navigate to WooCommerce, then Settings. Select Advanced, then click Features. Uncheck the Navigation option, and save the changes. You should now see “TikTok” under the Marketing tab.

Follow the instructions in your Marketing tab notifications to add your Payment and Billing info. You can also do so by logging on to your TikTok Ads Manager and confirming your Ad account.
Your campaigns using the TikTok pixel created through the TikTok x WooCommerce integration will remain active, but the pixel will stop sending back any data to Ads Manager.

If you already advertise on TikTok with an ad account managed by an agency, you may follow these steps:
Create an ad hoc Business Center (ensure this is regular and not agency), or connect to an existing regular, self-serve Business Center if you have one, and an Ad Account during the Plugin set-up.
On TikTok For Business, give your agency user access to the aforementioned regular Business Center (this will be as a Member only, Partner access is currently unavailable via the regular Business Center).
Also, give your agency user access to your Ad Account and Catalog (after relevant Business Info is entered and approved).
Request access to their agency's Ad Account via the Business Center (this will not give the Agency access to the pixel or catalog associated with the plugin integration).
