To help protect you from abuse, we sometimes ask you to prove that you're authorized before you can sign in to or perform actions on your TikTok for Business platform accounts. This extra confirmation helps keep spammers and hackers from abusing our systems.
If you think your Business Center account may have been hacked, please read How to Protect Your Account on TikTok for Business for more information and steps to help secure your account.
Note: To verify, you will need access to an email or phone number linked to your TikTok for Business account.
If you experience an account verification pop-up window, you will need to verify your identity. A 6-digit code will be sent to the email address or phone number that you have previously provided. To verify it’s you, enter the code on the sign-in screen.
If verification is successful, you will be granted access to your account.
I didn't receive the verification email or text
We suggest that you:
Request the verification code again.
Check that the code was not sent to your email or text was not received as spam.
See the guidance below if you no longer have access to the registered email on TikTok for Business.
If you are a managed account, please contact your account manager using your company email address. You will need to also provide the following:
Signed contract
Signed Notice of Change
This is a formal letter requesting an email address change from old to new. It must contain:
Your agreement, date, and contract number.
Your Ad or Business Center account ID.
Information on whether the new email has been registered with TikTok for Business.
Business License
Additional information (optional)
Last Login time
Daily Campaign Spent
Promoted Products on Account
Targeted Countries, Bids, Budgets
If you are an unmanaged account, please fill out this form to request help, which will help you regain access to your account.
You must successfully verify your identity to access other sections of the Business Center or TikTok Ads Manager. If you try to navigate to other sections and remain on the same page, this means that you have unsuccessfully verified your identity.
If you are on a new device, please try again on your regularly accessed device.
