TikTok One is an all-in-one TikTok creative platform with tools to create effective TikTok campaigns. You'll have access to millions of creators, connect with production partners, and uncover creative insights all in one place.
When you set up a Creator content at scale campaign in TikTok One, you can view and manage the details of the campaign in your account.
Log in to your TikTok One account.
Click Campaigns and select All.
Select a campaign to view more details.
Once you click on a campaign, you can view the Campaign summary showing your pending orders, videos submitted, videos published, and ads launched. You can link to your Ads Manager account if you did not link it when creating the campaign.
You can also select your campaign brief to review the details of the campaign, copy the brief to use for a new campaign, or view your brand assets. Note: Edit brief is only available until creators have started producing videos.
Go to Tasks to view any outstanding tasks to complete for the campaign, including creator applications to review. Orders will show how many applications received towards the creative goal number.
In Reporting, you can preview campaign reporting for campaigns that have launched. Click Full reporting to view the full reporting dashboard. Learn more about reporting in TikTok One.
The physical product tab will show for campaigns that include physical products. You'll be able to view the product sent, all collaborators, pending reviews, and videos received towards target quantity.
The Collaboration tab shows all videos at different stages, including:
Pending review
Videos in production
Videos submitted
Closed
To view the video details, select a creator's project to request edits, confirm the video, and view the order progress. If the video is live, click Video report to access performance metrics for the specific video.
Click Request more videos to ask the creator to make another video for the same campaign if their previous video has passed the platform review.
You can also cancel the order before or after shipping the physical product. This is helpful in the event of inventory or shipping delays.
In the videos tab, you can view under review, approved, and ads launched. You can filter by the product and video status. Select a specific video to view the video and request edits.
Click Share videos to generate a link to share videos with anyone to view or provide private feedback. The link is watermarked and valid for 90 days.
After uploading a video, the creator will have to confirm whether they have used sounds from the Commercial Music Library or if they have permission to use copyrighted material. The creator will have the option to continue with the video or can choose to upload a new video. Learn more about the Commercial Music Library.
If the video passes moderation, you'll see a notification on the order details and video preview pages. You can continue with the submitted video or submit a request to the creator for a new video.
