About the Catalog Product Performance Report in TikTok Ads Manager

The Catalog Product Performance report shows information about product purchases attributed to your Video Shopping Ads (VSA) campaign. Use this report to:

  • Produce more creative content for top sellers.

  • Identify your products with the highest sales on TikTok and create a related product category.

  • Increase budgets for the reported campaigns with the highest performance.

  • Improve the order of products featured in the ads by using the Specify Products selection at ad level.

Product performance reporting is different from campaign level reporting and not meant for direct comparisons. The product performance report's purchase count is based on each product's purchase occurrence. The campaign report's purchase count is based on each campaign's purchase occurrence. For example:

  • On January 1st, a user clicks on an ad belonging to campaign X which features products A and B.

  • On January 2nd, the user then purchases products C and D from your website.

  • On January 3rd, another user purchases product C as well.

  • The product performance report will show 2 purchases of product C and one purchase of product D.

  • The campaign report will show campaign X had 2 purchases.
