Smart+ Campaigns
To improve Smart+ performance, TikTok limits the number of switched-on Smart+ campaigns.
The Smart+ campaign quota will limit the number of switched on Smart+ campaigns based on the historical ad spending within each ad account. We have established three Smart+ campaign volume tiers. Each ad account is assigned a base quota determined by their highest monthly spend in the past 12 months.
An always-on display quota indicator will be displayed in the ad creation flow for advertisers who have exceeded 80% beyond their quota limit.

2 | $1,500 <= monthly spending < $150,000 | 200 active Smart+ campaigns |
3 | monthly spending >= $150,000 | 1,000 active Smart+ campaigns |
Limiting switched-on Smart+ campaigns will give the remaining campaigns a higher chance of passing the learning phase, reaching stable performance, and improving their average lifespan. We recommend implementing tips to manage ad account limits to focus on existing campaigns and diversify them.
When you reach 80% of your max Smart+ campaigns, you'll receive an in-store notification in Ads Manager that shows you how much space you have left on your ad account.
You'll see a notification if you've reached your Smart+ campaign limit and attempt to switch on more Smart+ campaigns. If you want to create more Smart+ campaigns when your account reaches the quota limit, raise your monthly spend. If you want to make room for a new Smart+ campaign, you can switch off low-spending Smart+ campaigns.
