Viewer boost is a traffic solution integrated into LIVE GMV Max that allows you to strategically increase your live viewership. It works by enabling you to allocate an additional budget specifically to attract more viewers to your LIVE rooms, complementing your existing Target ROI campaigns. This feature is designed to help you achieve upper-funnel optimization goals, which can, in turn, help optimizing your downstream GMV.

Kickstart new shops and accounts - New sellers and TikTok accounts often need an initial push. Viewer boost helps you gain immediate viewer traction for your LIVE rooms.
Elevate host engagement and performance - Maintain or increase viewership to keep your Livestream host motivated.
Amplify new product launches - Ensure your new brands and hero products get maximum visibility during LIVE launches with elevated viewership.

Flexible boosting options - Schedule boost feature or instantly start it for current LIVE session.
Dedicated budgeting - Viewer boost runs on an additional budget, separate from and in parallel to your Target ROI campaign. Note: This operates without cost control on the boost.
Timezone and scheduling - Set start time, daily duration, and end times to align with your Target ROI campaign settings. However, you can't make any changes to the start time after it has passed. The campaign will also stop at the end time, irrespective of the daily duration.
Reporting - Monitor viewer related data for your Live GMV Max campaign with key metrics like LIVE views, 10-second LIVE views, Cost per LIVE views, and Average LIVE duration.
Under Campaign List, if Viewer Boost is enabled for a campaign, your campaign list view will show additional default metrics. You can also customize the metrics per your requirements.
