About logging in to an Organization Account with phone number or email address
Logging in to an Organization Account with member phone or email offers Organization Account holders more flexible login options without being limited to obtaining verification codes from a specific business platform. With this method, users representing businesses or organizations within the TikTok app can effectively manage their accounts.
Note: While a phone number can only be linked to a single Personal or Business Account, it can be connected to various Organization Accounts, allowing for enhanced flexibility in managing multiple accounts.
How this works
When you log in using a member phone or email, the TikTok app displays a list of up to 20 Organization Accounts that you are linked to for you to choose from. If any Organization Accounts that you can access and that are managed through business platforms such as Business Center or Seller Center are not shown in this list, you can still access them by using the username and verification code from the respective business platform.
