How to log in to an Organization Account with member phone or email

Members not on business platforms can access their Organization Accounts using their phone number and email address.

Note that login via usernames is not supported.

Before you begin

• Ensure that you have accepted the invitation to manage the Organization Account.

• Ensure the Organization Account is not linked to any business platform.

How to log in to the Organization Account with your phone number

To log in to the Organization Account with your phone number in the TikTok app:

1. Open your TikTok app, tap Log in.

2. Tap Use phone / email / username, then tap Phone.

3. Enter the member phone number and tap Continue.

4. Enter the 6-digit code.

5. Choose the Organization Account you want to log in to.

6. Complete two-step verification to verify your identity.

How to log in to the Organization Account with your email address

To log in to the Organization Account with your email address in the TikTok app:

1. Open your TikTok app, tap Log in.

2. Tap Use phone / email / username, then tap Email / Username.

3. Enter the member email address and tap Continue.

4. Enter the 6-digit code.

5. Choose the Organization Account you want to log in to.

6. Complete two-step verification to verify your identity.

Now you have logged in to your Organization Account using your phone or email.
