About setting different affiliate commission rates for TikTok Shop Ads

This feature is only available to invited sellers.


You can set a commission rate for each product, a group of products, or all products. Choose a standard commission rate to set a commission rate for organic sales. Turn on Shop Ads commission rate to offer a custom commission to creators for orders generated with the support of ads. You can set a commission rate from 1% and 80%.


If you turn off Shop Ads commission rate, ads that use affiliate posts will still earn the standard commission rate. All eligible sales are subject to the standard commission rate unless a Shop Ads commission rate is specified.


For example, you can set a 10% standard commission and a 5% Shop Ads commission for your product. If someone clicks on an affiliate product link and buys your product without clicking on an ad, the order will generate a 10% standard commission. If someone clicks on an ad that uses an affiliate post and buys your product, the order will get a 5% Shop Ads commission.


Target Collaboration is creator-specific, while Open Collaboration is open to all creators. If you set a Shop Ads commission rate for a Target Collaboration with a creator, this rate will apply instead of the Shop Ads commission rate you set for Open Collaboration of the same product.
