The Incentive Center is a self-service platform where you can manage your commercial deal information and payouts in one place. It is designed for clients who have signed an incentive agreement with TikTok to track deal information, review settlement amounts, and view ad credit usage status without needing to exchange multiple emails. Only users with a TikTok Ads Manager account can access Incentive Center.

Deal data transparency: Track your deal pacing, ad account spending, and settlement amounts in real-time to stay in control of your incentive flow.
Streamlined deal management: Manage everything from tracking deals and confirming settlements to applying for payouts on a single platform, reducing operational and communication costs.
The Incentive Center includes several key features to help you manage your incentives:
Home:
Overview: Get a complete overview of your ad account spending and a summary of your incentives, including confirmed, pending, and unaccrued amounts.
Incentive details: In this section, you will find the slab list for your commercial deal, along with the current ad spend, tier rate achieved, and unlocked incentive amount. By clicking the View Details button, you will be taken to the slab detail page, where you can view the detailed calculation methods.
Spend Detail: Review cash spending across all your ad accounts, including those in different Business Centers. Cash spending: it refers to the ads spending using prepay cash balance, autopay threshold, and credit line. Data is updated on a T+2 basis, meaning it reflects the data from two days prior.
Management: A central hub to confirm settlement amounts, initiate incentive payments, and review the status of your ad credits.
Confirm incentive settlement amount: Customers review the incentive settlement information and confirm the settlement amount if there are no further questions.
Initiate incentive payment: Customers initiate incentive payments or allocate ad credits. You find the detailed process for different types of incentive payment process below:
Users: If you are an Admin, you can review the current user list and add or remove users.
There are three user roles in the Incentive Center, each with different levels of access:
Admin: Has full access to all features.
Operator: Can access the Management page to confirm settlements and submit payout applications.
Viewer: Can only view and download data.
