How to access leads data

You can view and manage your leads directly in TikTok Ads Manager, in Leads Center, or from a connected CRM. Leads collected from Instant Forms or TikTok Direct Messages are automatically synced to TikTok Ads Manager and Leads Center. Leads collected directly on your website are not synced to Leads Center or TikTok Ads Manager.

Before you begin

  • Please note that TikTok Ads Manager only stores lead data for 90 days.

  • Only users with Admin permission are able to download and manage leads.

How to access lead data in TikTok Ads Manager

  1. Log into TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Click on Campaigns.

  3. Click on Ad.

  4. Select a Lead Generation ad.

  5. In the Results column, click on Download Lead Data.

The leads data will include all the leads that were collected by that ad.

How to access lead data in Leads Center

  1. Access Leads Center.

  2. Click the download icon on the top right corner of the navigation banner.

  3. You can download the leads by selected time range.
