Access Leads Data

Instant Forms is a landing page feature that allows advertisers to collect leads directly within TikTok. The lead data from your Instant Form will be available for you to follow up with your prospective customers.

Before you begin, you can access the leads data:

• In TikTok Ads Manager.

• In the Leads Center.

• Connect A Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Note: TikTok Ads Manager only stores lead data for 90 days.

How to Access Leads data on TikTok Ads Manager

To access leads data on TikTok Ads Manager:

1. Log into TikTok Ads Manager.

2. Click on Campaign.

3. Click on Ad.

4. Select a Lead Generation Ad.

5. In the Results column, click on Download Lead Data.

The leads data will include all the leads that were collected by that ad.
