If you have created multiple ad accounts in Business Center or to reduce noise and save space in your Business Center, you can choose to close ad accounts that you no longer use.
To be able to close an ad account in the Business Center, this ad account needs:
To be owned by your Business Center.
To be in the approved status.
To not have any overdue bills.
To not have any active campaigns for at least 72 hours.
Note:
Once closed, the ad account can't be recovered.
You will be charged automatically for any outstanding payments and be refunded if you have unused balance, after which your bank card will be disconnected from the ad account.
Once closed, any remaining balance from the ad account will be transferred to the Business Center.
The ad account will be closed and hidden from the ad account list. You will be able to see it when filtering the ad accounts by disapproved account status.
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
In the left-side menu, click Accounts.
Under All accounts, go to Advertiser accounts.
Click the ad account in Business Center that you'd like to close.
Click Close icon in the top right.
Click Confirm in the pop-up window to close the account.
