About EEA/CH/UK market audience size threshold for ad group

To comply with user privacy requirements, your TikTok audience must be expanded to more than 1,000 to run the ad group if the targeting location includes any EEA/CH/UK country. If the audience is 1,000 or less, the Ad group will not be created, and you'll get error messages.
