How creators can manage payouts from TikTok One

Once your payment account is approved, you can manage all your payouts through the Rewards Center. Here, you can track payments and view your transaction history.

To access the Rewards Center and manage your rewards:

  1. Log in to the TikTok app.

  2. Tap your TikTok Profile.

  3. Go to the Monetization section and tap Creator Marketplace.

  4. Tap on Rewards to open the Rewards Center home page. Note: You may see other terminology other than "rewards", such as "payouts".

  5. The Rewards Center is organized into several pages to give you a clear view of your earnings:

    • Home: This is your main dashboard. It shows your available balance, total rewards earned this month, and the total amount of your pending rewards.

    • Pending: This page shows a list of all your payouts that are waiting to be paid into your available balance. This happens because different products have different payment schedules.

    • Transaction: Here you can see a full history of all your activities, including rewards received, payouts, and any failed payments.

    • Order details: This page connects each payment to a specific task or video, so you can easily see where your payouts came from.

If you are a creator registered outside of Europe and Canada, you can request a payout at any time. In regions outside of Europe and Canada, payouts are processed automatically. To request a payout:

  1. From the Rewards Center home page, tap the payout button.

  2. If this is your first payout, you will need to add a payout method. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your bank account or another supported method.

  3. If you have requested a payout before, your default payout method will be shown.

    • To use the same method, enter the payout amount you wish and tap Withdraw now.

    • To use a different method, tap Add to set up a new payout account.

  4. Review the payout details and confirm.

You will receive a notification in your TikTok inbox once the payout is processed.

Troubleshooting common payment issues for TikTok One as a creator

If you encounter an issue with a payment, the Transaction page is the best place to start.

  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, it will be marked in red on the Transaction page. Tap on the transaction to see the reason for the failure and instructions on how to fix it. Common reasons include:

    • You have not connected a valid payment method.

    • Your bank card is restricted or expired.

    • Your account information is incorrect or needs to be reverified.

  • Account verification: You cannot receive payouts if your payment account is still under verification or if your information has been rejected. Check your TikTok inbox for any notifications regarding your account status. If your information was rejected, you will need to resubmit it with the correct details.
