Account and asset permissions define how members access and manage Business Center resources. These permissions enable Business Center admins to precisely control access to various accounts and assets including ad accounts, TikTok accounts, shops, pixels, catalogs, audiences, leads, and more.

How to assign account and asset permissions to an existing member

To assign account and asset permissions to an existing member:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. Under the Users tab, locate the member to whom you want to assign permissions.

  3. In the Action column for the member, click Grant access. Select the accounts and assets you'd like this member to access. The access levels you can assign will vary by the type of account or asset.

    • Note: You can efficiently bulk-assign permissions for multiple account and asset types at the same time to streamline your workflow.

  4. Click Save.

Your members will now be able to view or manage the accounts or assets that correspond with the work they do in your organization.
