Add Users to TikTok Business Center

Business Center lets you manage the people who will help run your TikTok Ads. When you invite someone to your Business Center, you will need to assign them a role and then give them permission to manage your Business Center's assets, like ad accounts.

In this article, we'll cover how to assign someone a role in your Business Center, and give them permission to manage specific assets.

Business Center Roles

Roles specific to Business Center ensure that members can access Business Center and use its features that correspond with the work they do in your organization. On Business Center, roles are separated between basic and advanced permissions.

Basic roles within Business Center include Admin and Standard. Every member of your Business Center needs to be assigned one of these roles. Admins can manage the Business Center's members and assets, while Standard members can only work on the ad accounts they've been assigned to.

Then, there are the advanced roles, including Finance Analyst and Finance Manager. This optional level of permission exists on top of the basic roles, and will give the members of your Business Center the ability to view and/or manage the finances of your Business Center and the ad accounts it manages. You will need to assign the members of your Business Center an advanced role, including your Business Center Admins, if you want them to be able to view or manage finances.
