Editing the media agency partnership start date in TikTok Business Center helps ensure that records accurately reflect your agreement, contributing to transparent and effective partnership management.
Only agencies can edit the media agency partnership start date in the Agency Business Center. Clients can view the start date in the Direct Business Center but can't edit it.
Ensure you have formed a media agency partnership with the ad account.
Log in to your Business Center.
From the left hand side menu, click Partners.
Or if the Business Center is an Enterprise Business Center, from the left hand side menu, click Organization.
Choose the Direct Business Center you are partnering with.
Go to the Shared with you tab, and click Advertiser accounts.
Find the ad account for which you wish to edit the start date, and in the Role assigned column, click the pencil icon next to the existing role.
Edit the media agency partnership start date.
Upload supporting documentation to justify the date change, and click Confirm.
Note: Accepted documents include emails, SMS screenshots, and other communications.
The edit request will be reviewed by TikTok within 7 business days. If the request is rejected, a Request declined label will appear in the Partnership type column.
After editing the media agency partnership start date, be sure to monitor the status of your edit request within the review period to confirm the update has been processed.
