TikTok Business Center centralizes control over your advertising assets, including TikTok accounts linked as Ad delivery assets. Properly editing permissions to these TikTok accounts ensures that your Business Center and members have the appropriate level of access for ad delivery.
Ensure you have successfully requested ad delivery permissions for the TikTok accounts you want to manage. Learn more about how to request TikTok account ad delivery permissions in Business Center.
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
On the left-side menu, click Accounts.
Under All accounts, click TikTok accounts.
In the Ad delivery assets section, identify the linked TikTok account for which you need to edit permissions.
In the Action column for the TikTok account, click View.
At the top of the account details page, click the pencil icon next to the existing access types.
Adjust the permissions for the TikTok account. You can turn the following permissions on or off:
Existing posts: Allows you to pull existing posts from your TikTok account for ad delivery.
Creator-tagged posts: Allows you to access the creator's profile information and both public and ad-authorized videos from creators who tagged this account.
Asset permissions: Allows you to use and edit your videos to create new ads and publish any created ads on or outside of your account.
Note: This toggle is only visible if you have not previously requested permissions "Use and edit your videos to create new ads" and "Publish any created ads on or outside of your account".
TikTok posts: Allows you to push new content to your TikTok account.

Note: To ensure that you can use the TikTok account to deliver Spark Ads, turn on Existing posts and TikTok posts.
Click Generate QR code.
The next step varies based on your selection for Message ads permission:
If Message ads is not selected, you will see two options: Ads Only to request ad delivery permissions for the TikTok account, and Continue to request Business Account management permissions. Click Ads Only to proceed with requesting ad delivery permissions.
If Message ads is selected, you can only click Continue to request Business Account management permissions.
Click Copy QR code to download and share the QR code with the TikTok account owner.
On the TikTok app, the owner of the TikTok account will need to scan the QR code and give the Business Center authorization to the account.To access the QR Code Scanner via the Profile page:
Go to your Profile page.
Tap the three dashes in the top right corner of your screen.
Tap My QR code.
Tap the Scan icon in the top right corner of your screen.
The owner of the TikTok account can scan the QR code to approve your request.
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
On the left-side menu, click Accounts.
Under All accounts, click TikTok accounts.
In the Ad delivery assets section, find the linked TikTok account for which you want to edit a member's permissions.
In the Action column for the TikTok account, click View.
Under Members, click the pencil icon next to the member whose permissions you want to edit.
Select the desired level of access for the member.
Note: You can only grant permissions that your Business Center already has. If a permission is unavailable, you need to edit your Business Center's permissions to the TikTok account first to obtain that permission from the TikTok account owner.
Click Confirm.
By following these steps, you can effectively edit both your Business Center's and members' permissions for linked TikTok accounts.
