Editing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) settings can help you get the most out of your instant form. The following CRM systems are available:

Learn about available CRM integrations for TikTok lead generation with Instant form and successfully connect a CRM integration.
How to edit your CRM integration settings
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to either your Ad campaign page or your Instant Form page under Tools and click Download Leads.
Select Edit CRM Settings under the Connect to a CRM System section.
You can edit the form fields mapping for a particular Instant Form connection or delete the connection with an Instant Form.
If you delete the connection, you will receive confirmation of deletion. The Instant Form will be disconnected and you will stop receiving leads for the particular Instant Form.
