Before integrating TikTok lead generation with Albato, make sure that you have:
An Albato account.
At least one Instant Form created on TikTok Ads Manager.
A TikTok Ads Manager account with admin access.
Your CRM login credentials ready.
Verified that Albato supports your specific CRM.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Access the CRM integration options through one of these paths:
Select the Tools tab. Choose Leads Center, and then click Connect CRM.
Select the Tools tab. Choose Instant Page, and then click Instant Form. Select Download Lead Data.
Select the Campaigns tab. Go to the Ad section and then click Download Lead Data.
Search for Albato or find it in the list of available integration options.
Select TikTok direct integration and sign in to your Albato account when prompted.
Authorize Albato to access your ad account, agree to the Platform Service Agreement, and click Confirm.
Log in to your Albato account and go to the Apps section.
Search for TikTok and click Add a connection.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Albato to access your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Create an automation workflow in the Automations section by clicking Create a new automation.
Choose TikTok as the trigger app and select new lead as the trigger event.
Connect the trigger to your desired action app (for example: CRM, email marketing platform).
Once connected, you'll need to create an automation.
Select TikTok Lead Generation as your trigger app.
Connect your TikTok Ads Manager account to Albato.
Choose the Instant Form you'd like to use for lead capture.
Test your trigger to ensure it's working correctly.
Set up your action steps by mapping the fields of your Instant Form with the fields of your CRM.
Test your automation and turn it on.
Sending back events data to TikTok can help yield higher-quality leads that are more likely to convert. Here's how to set up postback through Albato:
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager and navigate to Tools.
Select Events Manager.
Click Connect data source and select CRM.
Create a name for your CRM event and complete the setup.
Select Automatic setup with partner platform.
Select your CRM from the list and choose Albato as the integration platform.
Connect your Albato account and select your TikTok ad account.
Choose a trigger event from your CRM that captures lead status changes.
Map fields between TikTok data and your CRM data. Note: Lead Status is required.
Map all CRM events to 4 defined funnel stages in TikTok Events Manager for optimal tracking.
Check if data has flowed into attributed events within 10 minutes of setup.
