The payment management page in your TikTok Business Center allows you to view the total account balance of your Business Center in real-time.
The Business Center can increase or decrease the balance after we approve the ad account.
You can transfer funds once the ad account has not accrued ad spend within a three hour timeframe.
You cannot transfer a voucher credit from the ad account once you transfer it in.
Your available balance available for transfer does not include taxes and frozen cash.
If you are using manual payment or automatic payment billing methods, follow these steps:
Log into TikTok Business Center.
Go to Payment Management.
Under Available balance, choose to increase or decrease the balance.
The Balance Alert will be displayed on the right side of the table under the Balance Allocation tab.
Note: If the account balance is less than or equal to three times the last seven days average spend, the balance alert column will display Yes.
If you are using the monthly invoicing billing method, follow these steps:
Log into TikTok Business Center.
Go to Payment Management.
Under Available balance, choose to increase or decrease the cash or credit balance.
You can also edit the balance under the ad account.
The Balance Alert will be displayed on the right side of the table under the Balance Allocation tab.
Note: Only users with the finance manager role can make this change, and only the ad account linked to the Business Center can transfer the balance.
