If you are syncing your products using the Data Feed Schedule method and have been inactive for a period of time, we encourage performing a manual refresh of the products in your Catalog before running any advertising campaigns to ensure that the most up-to-date product information is reflected.
To manually refresh your products:
Open Catalog Manager.
Click the Product Sources tab.
Click Request Data Now and enter any password required to connect to your feed.
Once you complete this action, your catalog will sync the latest product information from your feed source to your catalog.
