How to process Business Center linkage requests from standalone ad accounts

Business Center admins are responsible for approving or declining requests from standalone ad accounts that want to link to your Business Center.

Ensure you are an admin of the Business Center.


How to process Business Center linkage requests from standalone ad accounts

To process Business Center linkage requests from standalone ad accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Receive the notification. You will be notified of linkage requests from standalone ad accounts in four ways: via email, a new task on your Business Center homepage, a Business Center inbox notification, and a banner on the "Advertiser accounts" page in the Accounts tab of your Business Center.

  2. Access the request from any of these four entry points. If you have multiple pending requests, you can choose one to process first.

  3. Review the request.

    • To approve the request, click Approve. The ad account will automatically appear on the Advertiser account list for the Business Center. Admins of the ad account will be notified of the successful linkage.

    • To decline the request, click Decline. You will be asked to provide a reason for the rejection. Admins of the ad account will be notified of the rejection and the reason.


By managing Business Center linkage requests, you ensure that only authorized ad accounts are linked to your Business Center, maintaining a secure and organized advertising ecosystem.
