Developers can publish their Mini Drama directly in the TikTok app, with access to TikTok ads solutions for targeted promotion. There are two methods to publish content via Mini Program or via TikTok Business Account.
Mini Drama Program is an H5-based product framework that provides partners with an enriched web app ecosystem within TikTok, housed within the TikTok Mini Center for select markets only.
End users can visit the TikTok Mini Center and select Mini Drama to discover and unlock full episodic content by paying or engaging with in-app ads, all without having to leave the TikTok app.
Episodic content that is directly published within TikTok Business Accounts, without having to leave the TikTok app. It leverages TikTok's multi-language translation and recommendation algorithm to reach global audiences.
End users discover episodic content on TikTok "For You" Feed and unlock more episodes by engaging with the in-app ads ads.

You can create an account using a TikTok account or an email address. Go to the TikTok Drama Center and choose your preferred method.
If you choose to log in with your TikTok account, we recommend linking an email address in the platform's backstage settings after your first login.
Notes:
If you have an existing account on the legacy domain (www.tiktok.com/content-partner) created with a TikTok account, you must log in to the new Drama Center domain for the first time by selecting Continue with TikTok and using your main account from the legacy domain. After logging in, you can link an email address.
If you want to use the same email for both your TikTok app account and the Drama Center, first log in to the Drama Center with your TikTok account and then link the email address on the platform. Do not register directly on the Drama Center with that email, as this will create a new, separate account and prevent you from linking it to your original TikTok account.
From the left sidebar, click Enterprise Verification and then select Verify New Enterprise.
Enter your organization's information. The account that completes this step will become the Super Admin for the organization.
Note: Choose a recognizable organization name that is not already in use on the platform. You will also need to select the TikTok Short Drama business representatives you are working with.
Complete business entity qualification verification. This is a mandatory step for signing agreements, uploading content, and receiving payments.
In the Enterprise Verification section, select your enterprise.
Click the Vendor Information and Payment Account tabs to submit the required details.
Note: The business entities for verification, vendor information, and payment account must all be consistent.
Before signing, ensure your business entity verification and vendor information have been submitted and approved.
If you do not have a business representative: Go to Enterprise Cooperation > Contract Management and submit your contract signing information. A signing agreement will be sent to your provided email address.
If you have a business representative: Notify your representative after completing the previous steps. They will send the signing agreement to your email.
Once you have completed registration, verification, and contract signing, you can begin uploading content.
Review your financial statements and manage payments through the platform.
The statement for the previous month is generated by the 20th of each month.
Payouts are processed within 5 business days after your invoice is submitted and approved.
