How to register TikTok Mini assets in Business Center

Last updated: May 2026

In order to launch a TikTok Growth Max ad campaign that uses Mini Games or Mini Dramas, you'll need to first register the mini assets in your Business Center.

How to register TikTok Mini assets in Business Center

  1. Log in to your Business Center.

  2. Click Assets.

  3. Click the Minis tab.

  4. Select Add Minis.

  5. Choose between the following options:

    1. Manage Minis: This Business Center account will be the Minis owner and can share it with partners. Choose this if you have management and/or ownership rights to the TikTok Mini Game asset.

    2. Request access: Access Minis owned by another Business Center. The owner won't change, but you'll be able to link Minis with your ad accounts to deliver ads. Choose this if you are not the owner of the Mini Game asset, but wish to run TikTok ad campaigns for it.

  6. If you chose Manage Minis: Enter the client key of the Minis you'd like to manage. The Minis client key can be found in your TikTok for Developers account. Your Business Center account will be the Minis owner and can share it with partners.

  7. If you chose Request access: Enter the Minis client key you'd like to access. You can get the key from the Minis owner. A request will be sent to the owner of the Minis Business Center account for review. If approved, the owner won't change, but you'll be able to link Minis with your ad accounts to deliver ads.

  8. Select Next.

  9. After adding the Mini assets, TikTok for Business will send a verification to the email address associated with the Business Center account. Enter the verification code and the Mini status will be "Approved".

  10. Click the approved Mini asset and link any ad accounts as needed. You can also remove any previously linked ad accounts or delete the Mini.
