Before you begin

Before you can pull MMM data through the TTAM UI or API, you need to have two-level access to the client's Business Center:

  1. Business Center level (Operator or Analyst access): Granted by you or the agency to the MMM partner

  2. User level (Operator or Analyst access): Granted by the MMM partner Business Center Admin to other accounts under that same Business Center

How to pull Media Mix Modeling (MMM) data

To pull MMM data in TikTok Ads Manager:

  1. Go to the Tools tab and click MMM Data Request in the Management section.

  2. Fill out the fields in the Request form:

    1. Report name: Give your report a name. No special characters or spaces allowed.

    2. Advertiser IDs: This is a dropdown field that loads the advertiser IDs and advertiser names you have access to, at the user level. If you don't see the advertiser ID you need in the dropdown, work with the admin of the account to give you at least analyst level permission.

    3. Date range: This is the date range for the data you want to request. Data granularity will be daily.

    4. Country code: This defaults to All. You can select the countries you want to pull data for.

    5. Media type: This defaults to All. You can select Earned, Paid, or all media.

  3. Click Submit.

Once you click Submit, the tab will change to Past requests and show the status of your data request with the fields you filled out, including a time stamp when the request was submitted and the option to download the report when it is ready.
