Revoking a partner's access to your TikTok account ensures that only current, authorized collaborators can use your TikTok account for advertising. This is a crucial step to maintain account security when your business relationships change or a partnership concludes.
Ensure you are a member with Admin access to the Business Center.
Be aware that revoking TikTok account access will immediately pause any active ad campaigns run by that partner using the account identity. This action could impact ad performance.
Consider informing the partner before revoking their access to facilitate a smooth offboarding process.
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
On the left side menu, click Accounts.
Click TikTok accounts.
Locate the TikTok account from which you want to remove partner access and click View in the Action column.
Navigate to the Partners tab.
Find the partner you wish to remove from the list of current partners.
Click Remove.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to finalize the removal.
The partner's access to your TikTok account is removed immediately upon confirmation. They will no longer see the TikTok account in their Business Center and cannot use it to run ads. You can audit any active campaigns to ensure there is no disruption to your advertising strategy.
