When you set up a TikTok Pixel for your Ecwid store, you can share event and optimization data with your TikTok ad account. There are two methods to set up TikTok Pixel for your store:
Follow the steps to set up TikTok Marketing within the TikTok integration in your store.
In the Data Sharing section, select Create New to create and install a new pixel.
Note: If you have previously manually installed TikTok Pixel directly into your store, be sure to remove the existing TikTok Pixel code before completing setup.
Before you set up your TikTok integration, use the TikTok Pixel Helper to verify if your existing TikTok Pixel is working correctly.
Follow the steps to set up Tiktok Marketing within the TikTok integration in your store.
In the Data Sharing section, select Connect to link your existing pixel.
When you connect or create your TikTok Pixel, you can turn on Advanced Matching to help improve conversions by allowing TikTok to deliver your ads more efficiently to people who are likely to convert. Learn more about Advanced Matching.
