How to set up one-click CRM integration for Google Sheets

The one-click CRM integration solution helps you to seamlessly set up CRM lead export and signal postback in a streamlined process.

How to set up one-click CRM integration for Google Sheets

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Select the Tools tab.

  3. Select Leads under Management.

  4. Select Connect CRM.

  5. Select Google Sheets.

  6. Choose TikTok direct integration.

  7. You can choose to set up both lead export and signal postback or just signal postback. If you only want to set up signal postback, you can skip steps 10 through 13.

  8. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account and connect to your Google account.

  9. Review and adjust the assets (direct messages and forms) you want by choosing Manually select.

  10. Select + Choose a spreadsheet from your Google Drive to map data between CRMs and TikTok.

  11. Select the Google Sheet you want to export leads to.

  12. Select the Work Sheet you want to export leads info to.

  13. Select the fields from the Work Sheets that you want to map to the Google Sheets fields. Note: The fields under TikTok data are auto collected from the forms you selected above. The fields are auto-mapped by default. You can review and adjust before moving forwards.

  14. If you haven't connected any CRM dataset, select Manually select to choose the one you want to connect. Note: We recommend setting up the signal postback at this step to help optimize campaign performance. You can skip this step and come back to finish the postback setup later.

  15. Map the fields from TikTok Ads Manager to the Google Sheets. Tips:

    1. We recommend mapping all available fields for a higher match rate.

    2. If you use Instant Form to generate leads, make sure to map by TikTok Lead ID for 100% match rate.

    3. The fields are auto-mapped by default. You can review and adjust before moving forwards.

After you complete setup, you can choose from the following options:

  • Send test data: One roll of test data will be sent to your Google Sheets work sheet.

  • Map events: Proceed to Events Manager.

  • Manage integration: Jump to Leads Center to review and manage the integration settings.
