How to track business verification status
When you create an ad account on TikTok, you'll be asked to verify your business. You can track the status of your business verification in TikTok Ads Manager.
Before you begin
Submit your identity verification documents to TikTok.
How to track your business verification status
To track your business verification status:
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Click Account Setup.
Click Basic Information.
In the Account section, go to Account Status. You'll see one of the following:
Verified: We have accepted your identity verification documents, and you can publish and run ads.
Not verified: We have not accepted your business verification documents.
If your business verification status is Not verified, your account may show one of three statuses:
Good to go: Your account is approved and you may run ads, even though you have not verified your business.
Under Review: We are reviewing your business verification documents. You can still add payment information and set up campaigns. If business verification is not required for your account, you may still be able to create ads.
Disapproved: Business verification failed. You may edit your verification information or request an account review.
