The Diagnostics section in Catalog Manager provides a comprehensive reporting system for your feeds and items, organizing them based on their context for product data display. With integrated and holistic reporting capability, it highlights products with eligibility and data accessibility issues, and offers actionable insights into data quality and compatibility. With guided recommendations, this provides you with a clear understanding of the status of your product data, making it simpler to spot and fix catalog issues.

Before you begin: Ensure that you have created and added products to your catalog. Learn more about how to create and manage products in Catalog Manager.
Diagnostics helps you to monitor the trends and status of your products in your catalog.
Go to Catalog Manager and then select Diagnostics
Select your preferred time period to monitor the trend of each product status below:
Total Products - The number of products uploaded
Available Products - The number of products that were approved in review. This may decrease while products are being verified or reviewed.
Active Products in Ad Delivery - The number of products in ads you have been running in the past 1 day. This may decrease because products automatically expire after 30 days or on the set expiration date.
Diagnostics also allows you to identify a list of catalog issues and provide recommendations on how to resolve them.
Go to Catalog Manager and then select Diagnostics

Click the Download button to export a full report of your catalog issues and affected items into a CSV file to troubleshoot. Alternatively, you can also click the Download button of each catalog issue to export an issue-specific report.
