If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your TikTok for Business account, use the following information to guide you through common issues and solutions to resolve them. Ensure you have access to your phone number or email address associated with your TikTok for Business account.
To resolve your TikTok for Business login issues, follow the steps for the specific scenario you're experiencing.
If you see this error when logging in or during 2-step verification:
Turn off any ad blockers in your browser.
If using a VPN or firewall, disable them temporarily.
Refresh the login page and try again.
Try logging in from a different browser or device if the issue continues.
To reset your password:
Go to the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Select your preferred recovery method (email, phone, or TikTok login).
Click Send code.
Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone.
Enter your new password.
If you don’t have another recovery method set up, add one in your Security Settings after logging in. If you have 2-step verification enabled, disable it temporarily to reset your password, then re-enable it for security.
If you can’t access the email linked to your account:
Log in using your phone number or TikTok login if linked.
Go to Account Settings and add a new email address.
Verify the change through your new email inbox.
If you no longer have access to your email address or phone number, you will need to contact customer support. Please prepare the following information:
Email address that you no longer have access to
TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center ID
Sign-up date
Last known login location
A new email address that was not previously registered
This may be needed if you no longer have access to the email inbox or phone number linked to your account.
Log in to Account Settings in TikTok for Business.
Select User Settings.
Update your email address or phone number.
Confirm the change through the verification code sent to your new contact method.
If you aren’t receiving your login or 2-step verification code:
Check your spam or junk folder in email.
Make sure your phone number or email on file is correct.
Resend the code and wait a few minutes.
Restart your device and check network settings.
If you requested too many codes in a short time:
Wait at least one hour before requesting another code.
Try logging in again after the temporary block is lifted.
If the error continues after 24 hours, contact TikTok for Business support.
If your account, ad account, or Business Center is locked or suspended:
Review any email notifications from TikTok explaining the cause.
Follow the instructions in the notification to submit a request for reactivation.
