Log in to TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center.
Click the ? in either the top or bottom right corner.
Check the "Frequently Asked Questions" section to see if your question matches a suggested article or type your question directly in the text box.
Click Contact Us or start a chat and select an issue category to file a ticket.
Provide as much information as possible about the issue you are facing.
Choose Manage Tickets to see status updates on any existing requests.
