How to view the media agency partnerships in TikTok Business Center

Maintaining a clear and accurate overview of your collaborations is essential for effective partnership management. TikTok Business Center provides transparent views for both agencies and clients to review the status of their media agency partnerships at any time. This ensures alignment, supports accurate reporting, and helps maintain the integrity of your business relationships.


The exact steps to access this information will differ slightly depending on your role (agency or client) and how your partners are structured within Business Center.


How to view media agency partnerships as an agency

For agencies, the UI adapts based on whether your clients have associated their Business Centers with a parent company structure. This determines how you navigate to the partnership details.

  • If all your partners are organized by Company, you will see a list of Companies first, then drill down to individual Business Centers.

  • If all your partners are not organized by Company, you will see a direct list of partner Business Centers.

  • If you have a mix, your Partner page will have two tabs: Companies and Other accounts.


How to view media agency partnerships with Company-associated clients

  1. Log in to your Business Center.

  2. From the left-hand side menu, click Partners.

  3. Find the client's parent company in the list and click View details in the Action column. . This will display all Business Centers associated with that company.

    • Note: If you see both Companies and Other accounts tabs, go to the Companies tab first.

  4. From the list, select the specific Business Center you are working with. A Media agency partnership label next to its name indicates that a media agency partnership exists at the Business Center level.

  5. Go to the Shared with you tab, and click Advertiser accounts. You will see a list of ad accounts the client has shared. The Partnership type column provides a detailed status for each ad account:

    • Media agency along with a start date: You have formed a partnership with the ad account.

    • Others with a Request in review label: Your request to form a media agency partnership with the ad account is under review.

    • Others without a Request in review label: You haven't requested to form a partnership with the ad account.

  6. (Optional) To view past partnerships, click Past partnerships to see a record of all previous collaborations, displaying the ad accounts involved and the start and end dates of the partnerships.

    • Note: Historical data will be available for partnerships established from 2026 onwards. Agency Business Centers will only be able to view historical partnership data for the Business Centers they are currently partners with.


How to view media agency partnerships with Non-Company-associated clients

To view media agency partnerships with ad accounts within Business Centers that are not associated with companies:

  1. Log in to your Business Center.

  2. From the left-hand side menu, click Partners.

  3. From the business Center list, select the specific Business Center you are working with.

    • Note: If you see both Companies and Other accounts tabs, go to the Other accounts tab first.

  4. Go to the Shared with you tab, and click Advertiser accounts. You will see a list of ad accounts the client has shared. The Partnership type column provides a detailed status for each ad account:

    • Media agency along with a start date: You have formed a partnership with the ad account.

    • Others with a Request in review label: Your request to form a media agency partnership with the ad account is under review.

    • Others without a Request in review label: You haven't requested to form a partnership with the ad account.

  3. Choose the Agency Business Center you are partnering with. A Media agency partnership label next to the Business Center name indicates that you have formed a media agency partnership at the Business Center level with the Business Center.

  4. In the You've shared tab, click Advertiser accounts. You will see the list of ad accounts you have shared with the agency. The Partnership type column clearly identifies the ad accounts that have a partnership with the media agency and the partnership start date.
