Before getting started: Go to https://zapier.com/apps and check if Zapier supports your CRM. After confirming that your CRM can integrate with TikTok Lead Generation through Zapier, complete the tasks in the Zapier and TikTok Lead Generation checklist.

Locate your CRM's login credentials.
Get administrator-level access to the TikTok As Manager you want to integrate into your CRM.
Once you have completed the tasks listed above, you are ready to use Zapier to integrate TikTok Lead Generation into your CRM. For a brief overview of the process, watch the video below.
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account go to Assets > Creative > Instant Forms. Find the Instant Form you want to use in a Zap.
If you do not have an Instant Form set up, you will need to create one.
Once you sign in to your Zapier account, you'll see a permissions window. Give Zapier authorization to access your ad account, agree to the Platform Service Agreement, and click Confirm.
Once you've confirmed, the Zapier editor will open within your TikTok Ads Manager interface. From here, you'll need to create a Zap - which is an automated workflow that will connect TikTok Lead Generation to your CRM.
A Zap is composed of a trigger and an action. For TikTok Lead Generation, you will set up your Zap to trigger when someone submits a new lead on your Instant Form. Then you will need to select the action you want to take on your CRM when this happens. To do this:
Search for and select TikTok Lead Generation as your trigger app.
Connect your TikTok Ads Manager account to Zapier.
Select the Instant Form you'd like to use.
Test your trigger.
Set up your action steps (the things you'd like your Zap to do for you).
Test your Zap and turn it on.
You'll start by selecting TikTok Lead Generation as your trigger app. Then you need to connect your user account. If you've connected Zapier through TikTok, you'll see your Ads Manager account available to select in the dropdown menu.
Select your user account and click Continue. Only user accounts that you have administrator access to will be displayed. Next, click on the Advertiser ID field and select your Ads Manager Account ID. Then, click on the Form ID field and select the lead form you want to use. Click Continue.
Now you'll need to test your trigger.
Once you have a successful test, click Continue.
Now you will need to set up your Zap's action. The action steps are set up similar to your trigger—select the app (your CRM) where you want the next thing to happen (like logging your lead in your CRM), connect your account, then tell Zapier what actions to perform on your behalf. In this step, it is essential to map the fields of your instant form with the fields of your CRMs.
To successfully set up your action, you must map the fields of the instant forms to your CRMs fields in this step. The below image is for reference, and the mapping will depend on what actions you want to take in your CRM when the users submit the instant form.
Once you've set up your action steps, test your Zap and if everything looks good, turn it on! Now, you may go back to your instant form on TikTok Ads Manager and check if it shows connected.
After creating your first TikTok Lead Generation Zap, you will use your Zapier account to edit or delete the existing Instant Form connection.
After you have connected the first Instant Form, you will use your Zapier account to integrate additional Instant Forms to your CRM, using the trigger and action steps described above. To connect other Instant Forms to your CRM, go to TikTok Ads Manager, access your Instant Forms, and select Download Data. If the Instant Form shows, "Not Connected", click Go to Zapier.
From Zapier, you can create a Zap for the new Instant Form.
