The verification code is an additional verification step when you sign into your TikTok for Business account or make updates to your TikTok Ads Manager account. Your verification code will prevent unauthorized access to your account, even if your password is compromised.
Ensure you've turned on 2-step verification in TikTok Ads Manager
Ensure you have access to the email address, phone number, or Google authenticator app that you selected when you set up 2-step verification.
Note: If you're unable to receive a verification code on your cell phone, you should wait a few moments before trying again and ensure the phone number is correct.
To find your verification code:
Take note of where the verification code was sent to, as noted on your screen (see image below). It was either sent to the phone number associated with your account, your email address, or your Google Authenticator app.
If it was sent to your email and you do not see it in your Inbox, search for "TikTok" in your email account in Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folders.
If it was sent to your phone, check all message from "known" and "unknown" numbers.
If it was sent to your Google Authenticator app, open the app and find the code associated with TikTok for Business.
When the verification code is entered, you'll be able to access your TikTok for Business account or make updates in your TikTok Ads Manager account.
If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your TikTok for Business account, you can contact your account manager using your company email address or fill out this form to request help regaining access to your account.
