How to set up lead generation from Verified Business Account
TikTok offers lead generation solutions to enable people to connect directly with your business. To use lead generation, people must have a TikTok for Business Account. You can generate leads for your Verified Business Account in three ways: call to action (CTA), Video anchor, and Live anchor.
Before you begin
Before you set up lead generation, you must meet the following conditions to qualify:
A Verified Business Account (VBA). Lead Generation features are not available to General TikTok Accounts. Learn about business verification for TikTok accounts to understand how to obtain a Verified Business Account.
Note: You must be verified through Business Verification in order to qualify for Verified Business Account Lead Generation LIVE anchor usage.
Be 18+ years old.
Use the latest TikTok version 25.9.0 and above.
Ensure your account is registered in one of the eligible regions:
NA: Canada, United States
EUI: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

How to set up lead generation from Verified Business Account
To set up lead generation from Verified Business Account:
Go to your Profile and click the three dots in the top right.
Click Business Suite.
Select Get Leads.
Check the option for agreement of Terms and click Start getting leads to go to the lead generation form creation page.
