The TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a one-stop shop covering each step of the creative process to enable fast, scalable production and deliver large volumes of creative content. TikTok Creative Exchange makes it easier to find the right creative vendor you can partner with and build creative collaborations.


Before you begin

TikTok Creative Exchange is currently available for managed accounts in North America, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Turkey. TikTok Creative Exchange may fund standard packages for advertisers that meet certain requirements, and eligibility is on a case-by-case basis. Contact your account manager for more information.

How to use TikTok Creative Exchange

  1. Login with your TikTok for Business account.

  2. Select I Am An Advertiser.

  3. Complete the form to communicate your content needs to potential partners.

  4. Choose the right creative partner.

  5. Follow the project, invite collaborators, and provide feedback.

  6. Sync your final creatives into TikTok Ads Manager.

  7. Launch your campaign.
