TikTok for Business offers many tools that let you share the actions people take on your website with TikTok. When you share these events with TikTok, you can better optimize your campaigns and measure ad performance.
This article describes how to setup a secure data connection through Grivy. Grivy supports the TikTok Pixel and Events API. The Grivy integration allows digital marketers to share website visitors and customer journeys from any conversion source to the TikTok API.
Web events are shared with TikTok to better inform ads optimization, targeting, and measurement systems by providing insights into your website customers' journeys.
Data sent through the Events API enables marketers to leverage advanced solutions like dynamic showcase ads, custom targeting, campaign optimization, attribution and custom audience building.

Before getting started, you will need your TikTok Pixel ID and Access Token. Follow the instructions below to locate them.
You do not need to set up your TikTok Pixel separately as Grivy will load it on your behalf.
Go to TikTok Ads Manager. Hover over the Tools option and click on Events to open Events Manager.
On the right side under Datasets overview, click the Pixel you want to use.
Copy the Pixel ID value
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Hover over the Tools option and click on Events to open Events Manager.
On the right side under Datasets overview, click the Pixel you want to use.
Click the Settings tab and scroll to the bottom until you see Events API.
Click the Generate Access Token button.
Copy the Access Token value and paste into the respective field.
Login to your Grivy dashboard
Go to CRM > Integration > Add New
Select TikTok > All Campaigns > Select events > Enter Access Token > Enter Event ID {how to}> Turn on Advanced Matching for Email + Phone > Submit
Post ad clicks events will automatically start to populate & will be available on TikTok Ads Manager
