How to transfer leads to a Business Center in Ads Manager

Leads collected from an agency ad account can be transferred to a Business Center. This ensures that brands have access to leads generated from lead generation campaigns from within their own Business Center.

Note: Only the admin of a Business Center can transfer or download leads.

How to transfer leads from agency Ad Account to the Brand Business Center

To transfer leads to a Business Center:

1. Log into Ads Manager.

2. Click on Assets.

3. In instant forms or Ads, click on Download Lead Data.

4. Click Transfer.

5. Enter Business Center account ID.

6. Click Confirm.

After leads have been transferred, the agency ad account will no longer have access to the leads. The agency can continue managing campaigns and reporting.
