Starting March 31, 2025, TikTok’s legacy integration with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) will be discontinued. If your app remains on legacy integration after this date, in-app event sharing and attribution for TikTok campaigns will no longer function. Additionally, new campaign and ad group creation will be suspended until your app fully migrates to SAN integration.
Make sure that you've set up all required events correctly the SAN module within your MMP. Refer to your MMP’s help center article below or contact both your TikTok sales representative and MMP representative for setup support:

Verify your MMP. If the displayed MMP is incorrect, select Edit to select the correct MMP.
SAN migration applies at the app level, which means the migration status will update across all TikTok ad accounts integrated with the app.
Your app is now on SAN. Note: If your MMP is Tenjin, Kochava, or Branch, make sure that the partner token is configured in the SAN integration. Learn how to configure partner token here.
