How to verify access to ad accounts in media agency partnerships as an agency

How to verify access to ad accounts in media agency partnerships as an agency

  1. Log in to your Business Center.

  2. From the left hand side menu, click Partners.

  3. Check for a banner on the Partner page or homepage that informs you of media agency partnerships with ad accounts you don't have access to.

  4. If the banner appears, click Fix it.

  5. Review the list of all ad accounts for which you are listed as the primary media buying agency but lack access. You may see different statuses in the Role assigned column:

    • Request Access: You haven't requested access to this ad account yet.

    • Request pending: You have already requested access, but the request is pending approval.

    • Request declined: Your request for access has been declined.

    • Admin/Operator: Your request for Admin or Operator access has been approved.

  6. Request access to the ad accounts you need.

    1. In the Role assigned column, click Request Access for the desired accounts.

    2. Select Admin or Operator access permission, and click Submit.

    3. If you are an Admin for the ad account, the request will be automatically approved. Otherwise, the status in the Role assigned column will change to Request pending.
