How to set up lead generation from Business Account
TikTok offers lead generation solutions to enable people to connect directly with your business. To use lead generation, people must have a TikTok for Business Account. You can generate leads for your Business Account in three ways: call to action (CTA), Video anchor, and Live anchor.
Before you begin
Before you set up TikTok Business Account lead generation, you must meet the following conditions to qualify:
A business account with 1,000 followers or be verified by Business Registration via Business Account.
Note: You must be verified through Business Registration in order to qualify for Business Account Lead Generation LIVE anchor usage.
Be 18+ years old.
Use the latest TikTok version 25.9.0 and above.
Ensure your account is registered in one of the eligible regions:
NA: Canada, United States
EUI: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

How to set up lead generation from Business Account
To set up lead generation from Business Account:
Go to your Business Account Profile and click the three dots in the top right.
Click Business Suite.
Select Get Leads.
Check the option for agreement of Terms and click Start getting leads to go to the lead generation form creation page.
