Agencies who qualify and meet requirements will receive their rewards by August 1, 2024. Rewards will be automatically placed in their Business Center for Agencies.

- This is a limited period offer available to selected agencies. You will receive an email or notification from TikTok For Business if you are eligible for the offer and will need to claim the offer to be eligible for it.
- You will need to meet the minimum spend criteria between May 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024 (inclusive) to qualify for the offer.
- Only spend on the lead gen objective will be counted towards the lead gen specific coupon offer (spend $7500 on the lead gen objective in 60 days, earn $7500 in ad credit).
- Lead gen offer will only be applicable to the first three advertiser accounts who meet the spending threshold for the lead gen objective.
- `Agencies can earn up to $15000 in ad credit`, with $7500 being earned from lead gen objective specific spend.
- Only advertisers who have not spent on the lead gen objective before would be eligible for the lead gen offer.
- Only the paid bill amount (excluding taxes or any other charges) will be considered to determine eligibility.
- Provided all checks are met, credit will be applied to your Business Center for Agencies account by August 1st, 2024.
- If the ad credit is not fully utilized, it will automatically expire by September 30th, 2024 To qualify, new ad accounts must be new sign-ups before June 30th, 2024 (not existing ad accounts that are linked or transferred).
- Each new advertiser ID must have a different company name, address, and landing page in your ad account than any other ad accounts in our advertiser pool.
- The coupon/ad credit is exchangeable only towards the cost of advertising with TikTok and is not transferable to a third party or exchangeable for cash.
- If applicable, the currency exchange rate will be determined by TikTok according to the time of promotion creation.
- The Ad Credits are subject to all applicable TikTok policies, terms, agreements, and other requirements necessary for you to access and use the Ad Credits and TTAM (the "Ad Policies"). You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall adhere to all applicable Ad Policies including, without limitation, participating in TTAM onboarding and creating a TTAM account. You may not transfer Ad Credits to any third party including, without limitation, your affiliates. Additional terms apply.
