Shop Ads features are already available to all TikTok Shops. When advertisers run Shop Ads, ads may appear in the Feed, Search, Shopping Center, and Pangle placements.

  • Feed: Includes "For You" feed and "Following" feed on TikTok and TikTok Lite.

  • Search Results: Include TikTok general search and Shopping Center search.

  • Shopping Center: Includes recommendations in the Shopping Center.

  • Pangle: Ad network that enables advertisers to effectively reach broad audiences by running ads in placements on 3rd party publishers.

    • Pangle-enabled markets: Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines.

    • Pangle-enabled features: Video Shopping Ads in 2023; Product Shopping Ads and Live Shopping Ads coming later in 2024.

These surfaces could be eligible to support TikTok Shop ads in various formats, such as product cards, short videos, livestreams and image formats. TikTok Shop ads can be optimized across eligible surfaces to drive exposure, consideration, and purchase.
