About the date of birth field for Instant Forms

The date of birth field is a new category in the Personal Information section within Instant Forms that allows you to collect date of birth information from potential customers. This field uses a mobile-optimized date picker to ensure users can easily and accurately provide their information.

How it works

When you add the date of birth field to your form, users will see a scrollable date selector. Note: All users must manually select their date of birth. Autofill is not supported for this field.
